Dr. Wheeler was born and raised in the beautiful country side of Giles County Virginia. After graduating from Narrows High School, Dr. Wheeler, earned a B.A. in Biology from Wake Forest University where he graduated with honors. After moving to Richmond Virginia, he attended dental school at the Medical College of Virginia. He received his D.D.S degree in 1978. Dr. Wheeler decided to move to Lynchburg Virginia to open his own private practice in 1978. After almost 30 years in Lynchburg, Dr. Wheeler moved his practice to Forest Virginia, where he is currently practicing. Dr. Wheeler is a member of the American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, Piedmont Dental Society, and a member and past president of the Lynchburg Dental Society. Dr. Wheeler is a firm believer in continuing education and is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry. He attended The Pacific Aesthetic Continuum in San Francisco, California where he received his certificate in Functional Anterior Esthetic Treatment. He received his E4D Dental Elements Certification from E4D Technologies in Richardson, Texas for digital technology and CAD/CAM crown construction. Dr. Wheeler is married to his beautiful wife Kim and has 5 wonderful adult children.
Dr. McLennan is a native of Roanoke Virginia. Before dental school, he received his bachelor’s degree in Biology from Southern Adventist University. He recently graduated from the prestigious Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, where he was one of the top producers in his class. He especially enjoys the clinical challenges of crown and bridge treatments and also oral surgery. He was one of two members of his class given the opportunity to study in the Loma Linda Implant Maxicourse. Dr. McLennan has a lovely wife named Kristen and together they have a newborn son named Bentley.
